Downstream applications

Non-human primate B cells isolated with CD20 MicroBeads can be used for studies on B cell differentiation and related molecular processes. CD20 MicroBeads have been used for positive selection of B cells from PBMCs of naive or SHIV infected rhesus monkeys to study B cell activation and proliferation.

They have also been used for positive selection of B cells from cynomolgus monkey PBMCs for
in vitro
 B cell survival assays.
